You are entirely responsible for giving your account information to anybody else and we take no liability for this.  The e-mail address linked to your account must be valid so as we can access you regularly to get in contact. If you use an e-mail address that is not yours, we may cancel your account. We hold the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time without providing you notice.

Payments

In case you purchase a voucher using the JCC option, a purchase with the name << WWW.YOOPS.COM >> will appear in your bank statement.

Terms of Sale

You are required to create an account before purchasing any products, this is required so that we can provide easy access to print your vouchers, view your past purchases and modify any information needed.

Refunds/Return Policy

YOOPS vouches are non-refundable except in the matter of a merchant third party closing their business. If a customer purchases a voucher for a spa that shuts down before the expiration date, the customer will be fully refunded. The customer must ensure that he or she is valid to use the voucher, and purchases it at their own risk. YOOPS is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

Equipment
The end user is responsible for obtaining any equipment necessary to use the site, such as computer hardware etc. YOOPS is not reliable for any damages caused to the end users equipment resulting from the use of this site.

Copyright and Trademarks

Any information located on the site is exclusive property of YOOPS.com, or used with permission by the copyright/trademark owner. Violation of this may result in intellectual property right infringement and/or criminal penalties.  

Modified Terms

YOOPS reserves the right to discontinue or modify any of our Terms of Use and our Privacy policy at all times if this is deemed necessary. This may include adding fees or charges, or changing the rules of our website. Customers will be notified by e-mail if any substantial changes are made.

The end user agrees that they are using this site at their own risk. No affiliates, employees, content providers or agents warrant that this site is error free.
