Getting todays deal
As soon as you click “Buy Now”, your voucher will be sent to your email address.  

Do I have to use my voucher the day I buy it?
No, however most vouchers have an expiration date so please make sure you check it.

How do I use my voucher?
Once your payment has been made, check your e-mail and print out your voucher or keep it on your mobile. The voucher itself has instructions, a map and address on it to simplify your life. Just present your voucher at the point of sale and use it like cash.

Can a YOOPS voucher be bought as a gift?
Yes, you can buy a voucher as a gift voucher unless stated otherwise in the deal description.

How safe is YOOPS.com?
100%. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic safe. We never save your credit card information on our servers. Why should I recommend a friend?
If you are already signed up to YOOPS.com, every time someone you have recommended buys their first deal within the first week of them subscribing, we will reward you with €2 YOOPS credit!

How do your referrals work?
The most simple way of recommending friends is by sending them invitations through e-mails and social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. Once you are subscribed and signed in just click “Refer Friends” and your personal reference link will pop up. You can then copy and send this link to everyone to get your reward. 

Where is my reward credit?
Make sure the person you referred has successfully created an account at YOOPS.com and has purchased a deal within the first week of registering. If your friend’s payment has gone through successfully, we will then credit your account with €2 meaning your next purchase will be €2 cheaper!

How long does my credit last?
Your credit will remain valid for six months since the day you received them.

Spending my credit
Your credit is available to use on any of our deals. If you have more credit than the price of your purchase the remaining amount will stay in your account. However if the deal you are buying is worth more than the amount of credit you have you will have to make up the difference.
